Bipolar plate is an important component of fuel cell, which is the main component of the mass of the stack (80%, mass fraction). It plays an indispensable role in the operation of fuel cell-conducting electricity, gas and heat, and needs to have good electrical conductivity, strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, light weight and other characteristics. When working, the sheet plate is placed between the upper and lower molds, and the high-precision hydraulic press machine is used as the power to make the upper mold press to the lower mold, and the runners are pressed on the blank plate. Stamping process has been used in large-scale bipolar plate production due to its low cost.
