The liquid current battery stacking and press-fitting production line is a key link in the production process of liquid current batteries, and is a highly specialized production line, which involves the stacking and press-fitting process of the battery electrostacks. The line is mainly used for assembling and producing the electrostacks of all-vanadium liquid current batteries.


The assembly line for all-vanadium liquid current battery stack assembly usually includes the pre-processing of various materials such as bipolar plate heat fusion or welding inspection, end plates, insulating plates, current collector plates, bipolar plates, diaphragms, sealing gaskets, or multi-cell batteries, as well as the key links such as the on-board stacking recipe management system. In addition, it also includes core equipment such as servo-hydraulic press for stack assembly, rotary conveyor table, conveyor lifting device, stack tipping mechanism, stack assembly and stacking system, and so on.


Liquid flow battery assembly line includes: small cover plate dispensing inspection/small cover plate welding inspection, bipolar plate sealing line dispensing inspection, end plates, insulating plates, copper electrodes, bipolar plates, diaphragms, sealing gaskets and other types of material stacking pre-processing, equipped with stacking formula management system, with 120T pressure tightening the stack, full-automatic rotary discharging.
